It's Been Five Years!

Hey!

So, you may not know this, but it’s been 5 years…

How y’all been?

Me? I’ve been busy. A lot has changed over the last five years. I’ve moved, changed jobs, got a couple of Master’s Degrees (not bragging, just stating fact), and my hair has gotten longer. But let’s get to the part you really wanna know, given the name of this blog.

Am I still irresponsibly single?????

Of course I am! Some things have changed but not everything! 😉 

When I first started this blog in 2020, I started it as a passion project and don’t worry, that part has not changed in the slightest.

So, why am I bringing it back?

Because I actually enjoy writing this blog. And I also finally decided to spend the money to bring it back. Aye, y’all know WIX cost money? When it came time to renew in 2021 and I saw the cost of everything I paused and said, “I need this for other stuff.” The cost wasn’t light, especially given the fact that I had other bills to pay. So, ya girl had to sacrifice the passion blog for the bills. Plus, I wasn’t able to post consistently. Oh yeah, that hasn’t changed either, but I will try to post as regularly as possible, however, I make you no promises.

Now, if you’re thinking this is one of those “well put together, well organized blogs,” you’ve come to the wrong place. If you can deal with irregular posts, complete nonsense, and unnecessary ranting, then I’m your girl.

Also, my writing style is meant to express how I feel. It’s free and fun, so if you finna be the grammar police, keep that to yourself. 😊

Alright! That’s enough to wet your palates for now. Or not.
